Shipping policy

All Dar W Decor pieces are handcrafted to order in our Morocco workshop. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Production time
Each piece takes 3-5 weeks to craft by hand. You'll receive weekly photo updates so you can follow your table or tile set as it's made.

Shipping time
Once your piece is complete, freight adds:
- 2-4 weeks to the USA, Canada and Europe
- 3-5 weeks to the rest of the world

Total time from order to delivery is typically 5-9 weeks.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free and included in the price of every piece.

Insurance & tracking
Every shipment is fully insured and tracked from our workshop to your door. If any damage occurs in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Packaging
Each piece is custom-crated with protective padding designed for its shape and weight, built to withstand international freight.

Customs, duties & VAT
Depending on your country, customs duties or VAT may apply on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping price. We're happy to answer questions about estimated fees for your country before you order.
