How long do custom orders take?

Can I customize any design?

Because every piece is slow-made by hand, custom zellige tables and custom rugs typically require 8 to 12 weeks to craft and ship directly from Morocco.

Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke commissions. You can specify custom dimensions, clay glaze colors, and wrought-iron scrollwork to fit your space.

What is your return policy?

Yes, we ship all heirloom-quality furniture and decor globally from our Marrakech warehouse, with secure crating for fragile zellige and ironwork.

Due to the highly customized, artisanal nature of our slow-made furniture, custom orders cannot be returned. Ready-to-ship items have a 14-day return window.
